Join us immediately after Country Fair on October 19 in the Dining Hall at Park for a delicious farm-to-table buffet lunch prepared by Ben Oles '02 of the Oles Family Farm. The meal will include soup, salad, pulled chicken & pork, salt potatoes, coleslaw, beverages, and dessert. 

This event is open to all! You do not have to be associated with Park to attend.

The Oles Farm is a peaceful, active 24-acre farm in Alden, NY. the go-to produce provider for a number of fine dining restaurants in the area. They pride themselves on eliminating all man-made chemicals such as fertilizers, pesticides, and insecticides.
